Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, especially loved the crispy halloumi. The location is perfect for walkers, with trails right outside. Friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

Wi-Fi and mobile signals were unreliable, which might detract from the experience for some guests.

The spacious rooms offer a decent amount of comfort, particularly the bedding which allows for a good night's rest. Excellent food portions in the bar area, including a pavlova that diners found massive and worth sharing, adding to the overall dining experience.

Room soundproofing is severely lacking, especially in units above the bar, where noise from below can wake you frequently. Maintenance issues are present, with bathrooms showing poor sealant and other plumbing quirks like unexplained flushing sounds. Inconsistent Wi-Fi service poses a hassle, dropping out frequently, especially when needing it most in the garden area. Overall cleanliness in bathrooms hasn't always matched expectations, as residues from past occupants were noticed.
